We Exist to Make Disciples of Jesus Christ for the TRANSFORMATION of the World.

We are transformed in worship through the work of the Spirit, transformed by the work of Scripture in our lives, transformed through service to those in need, and transformed through fellowship together. 

Come see for yourself on Sunday morning at 9:45 am. You can find us on the corner of Northlawn St and Fuller Ave in NE Grand Rapids. Our main entrance on Sundays in on the north side of the building.

  • COVID-19 Worship and Guidelines

    Northlawn United Methodist Church has reopened the doors of our church for in-person Sunday worship while we continue to offer online worship as well.

    While we are excited to see you again, safety for our church family and community remains our biggest priority. So, if you are in any of the at-risk categories, are experiencing any COVID-19 related symptoms, or simply feel uncomfortable worshiping in-person at this time, we encourage you to stay home.   • Relevant Messages

    Each week we turn to the Bible to learn more about and connect with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Each series is different, as we spend some weeks walking through Scripture verse by verse, some by looking at culture through the lens of the Bible, and some weeks going outside of the box.

  • Updated Office Hours

    Currently the building is closed for meetings and groups, but you can still connect to the church during the temporary office hours of 9 am - noon on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Call the office or email to office@northlawnumc.org.

If you're considering visiting Northlawn as our guest, we'd love to meet you. You'll be greeted as you come in and we would love to meet you at our Welcome Center after the worship service. While there, you can ask any questions you might have and learn about next steps to connect.
